Em paralelo, levou a equipe até a terceira fase da Copa do Brasil, outra grande conquista.
Com o encerramento da passagem de Dal Pozzo pelo Ituano, sai também o seu auxiliar Emerson Nunes. Interinamente, o time será comandado pelo auxiliar Douglas Leite até a nomeação de um novo treinador.
